Cacciatore/ Saucisson

For those that like a dryer mild salami. Folklore states, when hunters were trekking, they needed to take food with them that was lightweight to carry and lasted for many days. Hence, cacciatore meaning “hunters” in Italian, was created.
 
Ingredients: Australian free-range pork, salt, pepper, sodium nitrate, starter culture, natural animal casing.
 
Minimum weight: 290g (3 - 4 pieces per pack)
